Brocklebank
This iconic SF Landmark atop Nob Hill was masterfully renovated by ADG. The client was looking for a luxurious contemporary retreat from the hustle and bustle of city life. Janelle added layers of texture, pattern, and a subtle palette of rich tones and gilded accents to harmonize the space into an elegant nest high above the city skyline.

The couple, who live full-time in Healdsburg, chose an apartment in Joseph Eichler's famous San Francisco building 'The Summit' as their city pied-a-terre. As it wasn't their full-time home, we felt the freedom to design the space with a little more edge - hammered steel, metallic wallpaper, and hides ranging from cow to cheetah. We started by upholstering a sofa in copper mohair and built on the city chic vibe from there.

This beautiful transitional space houses a growing family -- so durable surfaces and life-proof fabrics were a must. We worked closely with the client to create a home that marries functionality with luxury. The communal areas can be used for both coloring and cocktails, with a peaceful master bedroom to retreat to at the end of the day.
